Job summary

NMDC Energy is seeking a senior supervisor to oversee Foremen and ensure discipline-specific construction activities meet deadlines and standards on NMDC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves planning, organizing crews, allocating duties and preparing management reports.

The ideal candidate has a Secondary School Certificate with a technical qualification and at least 10 years of oil & gas experience, ready to operate on site.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate with a discipline-specific technical qualification, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and monitor Foremen involved in discipline-specific activities.
• Projects may be located on NMDC construction sites within Operations.
• Develop daily, weekly and monthly work plans; organize crews and allocate duties; monitor performance to meet deadlines and standards.
• Prepare reports on work undertaken for senior colleagues' review.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems.
