Position Overview

Construction supervision professionals will be involved in the delivery of high-quality residential, hospitality, and high‑rise developments. The roles require close coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and health and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives
• Review inspections, materials submissions, and site documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports as required
• Support commissioning, handover, and project closeout activities

Candidate Requirements

• Resident Engineers and Engineers must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering relevant to the applied role
• Document Controllers, Inspectors, and Land Surveyors must hold a Diploma in Engineering relevant to the role
• Architects and Senior Architects must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Experience in high-end residential, high-rise, or hospitality projects is preferred
• Candidates must be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and available for in-person interviews
