Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures to meet project specifications and standards.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Manage site documentation, including daily reports, risk assessments, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays on site promptly to minimize impact on the schedule.
