Job summary

ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure safety and compliance, and drive projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management, 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience, and a proven track record of delivering on time and within budget. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on schedule.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and government officials.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Review project designs and provide input for cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise.
• Report project progress to senior management on a regular basis.
