Job summary

Hire Resolve in Dubai seeks an experienced Project Manager Construction to lead strategic construction initiatives for logistics facilities. Based in the UAE, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and stakeholder engagement to execution, cost control and final handover.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience, strong costing and financial management skills, and a PMP or equivalent qualification is a plus. Willingness to relocate to or reside in Dubai is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 4 to 7 years experience managing construction projects, preferably logistics facilities.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple projects, familiarity with African markets.
• Strong technical knowledge of costing, pricing and project financials.
• PMP or equivalent project management qualification (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Dynamic, adaptable and able to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Preference for candidates under 30 years old (due to client environment).
• Willingness to relocate or currently based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction projects ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery to quality standards.
• Perform cost estimation, quantity take-offs and feasibility studies based on specifications and drawings.
• Monitor and control costs, prepare BOQs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors throughout project lifecycle.
• Handle contracts, variations, valuations and claims efficiently.
• Lead pre-tender and pre-bid discussions with relevant stakeholders.
• Support design and engineering reviews for optimization and value engineering.
• Provide regular progress and financial reports to senior management.
• Assist with operational duties during quieter periods, particularly related to logistics and freight management.
• Work closely with finance and report directly to senior leadership.

This role is ideal for a dynamic and experienced professional with a solid background in managing large-scale industrial or commercial construction projects particularly within port logistics hub or warehouse development environments.

Based in Dubai the successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle from initial planning and stakeholder engagement to execution cost control and final handover.
