Job description

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in the city of El-Ain The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management with at least 5 years of experience in the field As the Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish This includes creating and implementing project plans managing budgets scheduling tasks and deadlines and overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation
• Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects
• Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other legal requirements
• Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project updates
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of building codes safety regulations and legal requirements
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in project management software
• Experience working with contractors subcontractors architects engineers and other professionals involved in construction projects

Preferred Requirements

• Certification in Project Management PMP or Construction Management CM
• Experience working on large-scale projects
• Experience managing international or multicultural teams

Salary $1400 per month

Location El-Ain

This is a contract position with accommodation provided
