Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our El-Ain operation in the UAE. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include permits, safety compliance, budget management, and leading site teams. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a minimum of five years' PM experience are required; a valid El-Ain visa is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
