Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities and operations.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Prepare and present progress reports and updates.
• Issues to the project team clear instructions/goals in accordance with the project plan, schedules, specifications, and allocated resources.
• Delegates duties and responsibilities and tracks progress towards successful achievement.
