Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Construction Manager role preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, staff and other stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor project progress daily through inspections and reports
• Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and budgets
• Ensure safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
