Job summary

Construction Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall construction management of our building and civil engineering projects.

This includes the planning, scheduling, budgeting and coordination of all project activities. The Construction Manager will be in charge of supervising all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure that projects are completed within their time and cost constraints. They will also be responsible for developing relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, local authorities and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience working as a Construction Manager on large building and civil engineering projects. They should also possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. The ability to read blueprints, plans and other technical documents is essential for this role. Knowledge of local building codes is also highly desirable.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month plus benefits package including health insurance and annual leave.
