Al Muhandes HR Consultancy in Dubai is seeking a reliable Construction Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with general construction tasks, operate basic hand tools under supervision, and help set up equipment and scaffolding.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical fitness, and a willingness to learn. You will follow safety protocols, work with the crew across varying weather and job sites, and contribute to a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction or related field preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with carrying materials, digging, and site cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various construction tasks such as carrying materials, digging and cleaning job sites
• Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of the construction team
• Help set up and take down equipment and scaffolding
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report any issues or concerns to the construction team
• Learn and perform basic construction techniques and skills
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
