Identify risks affecting project timelines and costs providing proactive strategies to minimize claims.
Conduct delay analysis production rate evaluations and work cycle assessments using Primavera P6.
Assist in arbitration procedures and develop negotiation strategies for complex claims.
Requirements
10 years experience in a similar position.
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering from an accredited University further studies are desirable.
Strong skills using Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Access as well as scheduling software such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
Professional qualifications such as MSc in Construction Law & Arbitration MCIArb or similar equivalents are desired but not essential.
A history of delivering delay analysis commissions including schedule analysis and report writing.
