Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Conference Producer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in content creation, agenda development, speaker engagement, or conference production—particularly within the finance, fintech, or related industries. The Conference Producer will play a crucial role in developing impactful event content, securing expert speakers, and ensuring the overall success of our global expos.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in conference production, content creation, business journalism, or related roles.
• A strong interest in the financial, fintech, or trading industries.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret industry trends.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior executives and thought leaders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Communications, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for conference execution and speaker management.
