Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Dubai is seeking experienced Concrete Site Technicians to join their team. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in the Ready Mixed Concrete industry and strong skills in onsite concrete testing and quality control. Certification in concrete testing is preferred. The position offers a full-time employment with a salary range of 1500 - 3000 monthly.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven background in Ready Mix Concrete operations.
• Certification in concrete testing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform site-based concrete sampling, slump tests, cube making and curing.
• Monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of all testing results and site observations.
• Communicate effectively with batching plant operators, engineers, and site supervisors.
• Ensure tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained.
• Follow all HSE and company guidelines during site operations.
