Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel and 2 years specifically in Door or Bell roles.
• Experience in the Middle East hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Physically able to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hotel ambassador by assisting with luggage handling and delivering items to rooms.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering luggage and amenities promptly.
• Ensure proper handling and security of departmental keys and guestroom access.
