Responsibilities

• As a Concierge at ME Dubai, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalized guest experiences that reflect the distinctive ME by Meliá lifestyle.
• You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front hall, supervising runners, doormen, and valet staff to ensure a seamless and stylish arrival experience.
• With a deep knowledge of Dubais cultural and luxury offerings, you will curate bespoke itineraries, handle VIP arrangements, and coordinate special requests with precision and discretion.
• Your role requires strong communication skills, leadership, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to maintain accurate guest profiles and collaborate effectively across departments.
