Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

We are seeking a warm, intuitive, and service-oriented Concierge Agent to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted guide and ambassador for our guests, curating authentic experiences both within and beyond the resort. This role calls for an individual with deep local knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable stays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, recommendations, and special requests.
  • Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, sightseeing tours, and local experiences.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of local attractions, dining venues, and cultural events.
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize recommendations to enhance the overall experience.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining brand standards.
  • Assist in managing guest itineraries, VIP amenities, and special arrangements.
  • Support pre-arrival communications and ensure requests are met prior to guest arrival.
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably in Front Office or Concierge services.
  • Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and cultural activities in the UAE.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera) and MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic or Russian) is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
