Job summary

Geroges Daoud Marketing Management in Dubai is seeking a meticulous Compliance Specialist to ensure operations and client interactions comply with internal and external standards. The role focuses on policy adherence, risk controls, and regulatory alignment.

You will review client docs, monitor activities, and support audits, with collaboration across Sales, Support, and Legal. Fluency in Japanese or Korean and strong English are required, along with integrity and discretion in handling

Qualifications

• Experience in Compliance, KYC, or Risk is preferred.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal control standards.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular reviews of client documentation and communication to ensure compliance with internal and external policies
• Monitor and report suspicious activities or behaviors in line with company protocols
• Ensure that KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures are followed
• Collaborate with other departments (such as Sales, Support, and Legal) to ensure consistent application of compliance policies
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting when required
• Stay updated on international compliance trends and requirements relevant to the company’s operations

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese or Korean – this is a mandatory requirement
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a Compliance, KYC, or Risk role is preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and internal control standards
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
