Job summary

Recruiter4you is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to establish and oversee a group-wide compliance function for a portfolio spanning prop trading, Forex/CFD brokerage, and financial services. The role emphasizes developing a robust framework, regulatory adherence across multiple jurisdictions, and strong AML/KYC governance.

The successful candidate will partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, and Technology, with potential to serve as Group MLRO subject to regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong experience in compliance within financial services (Forex/CFD, prop trading, fintech).
• Excellent knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC/CDD, sanctions, financial crime and regulatory compliance.
• Experience dealing with regulators or regulated financial institutions, developing compliance policies and implementing monitoring programmes.
• Strong understanding of licensing requirements, regulatory perimeters and cross-border compliance.
• Experience coordinating compliance teams across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
• Understanding of payment risks, PSPs and digital/crypto payment channels.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and advise senior management.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the compliance function, establish policies and procedures, identify regulatory gaps, implement remediation plans and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, regulatory permissions and jurisdictional restrictions.
• Oversee AML/KYC frameworks, risk assessments, sanctions screening and suspicious activity investigations.
• Assess regulatory treatment of prop trading and simulated trading across jurisdictions.
• Oversee client classification, suitability, best execution, client money protection and trading conduct for Forex/CFD.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies covering AML/KYC, sanctions, data protection and regulatory reporting.
• Review marketing materials for regulatory compliance and disclosure requirements.
• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and the Board, coordinate local compliance officers.
