Job summary

Kennedy Pearce Consulting is seeking a Compliance Director/MLRO to join a leading digital asset custodian in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will implement AML frameworks, advise on financial crime issues, and act as the Data Protection Officer.

This role requires a minimum of 7 years' experience in financial crime within the UAE and a strong interest in the digital asset space, offering a competitive salary and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' financial crime experience in the UAE.
• Experience or strong interest in the digital asset space.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the AML framework.
• Advise on CTF/Sanctions/Fraud/ABC issues.
• Act as the Data Protection Officer.
• Analyse conflicts and develop policies.
• Analyse new regulations' commercial impact.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory returns.
