The Role

Compliance Associate – Financial Services Location : Dubai, UAE An established financial services firm is seeking a Compliance Associate to join its growing team in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the development and maintenance of strong governance, compliance, and risk management practices across the business. About the Role The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure the firm operates to the highest regulatory and ethical standards. This will involve contributing to the enhancement of compliance processes, providing guidance on evolving requirements, and assisting with a range of operational and regulatory matters.

Key Focus Areas
  • Supporting the delivery of the firm’s compliance framework and control environment.
  • Coordinating with regulatory authorities and assisting with relevant submissions.
  • Helping to embed compliance considerations into business processes and decision-making.
  • Reviewing and maintaining internal policies and procedures to align with best practice.
  • Assisting with due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing client reviews.
  • Supporting internal reviews, audits, and governance reporting.
  • Contributing to risk assessments and control improvement initiatives.
Requirements
About You
  • Prior compliance or risk experience in a regulated financial services environment.
  • 3+ years compliance experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
