Job summary

MAG Group Holding in Dubai is seeking a senior tax professional to lead UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and tax risk management across the organization. 8–10 years of experience in tax compliance, regulatory affairs, financial governance, or related fields are required, with strong knowledge of UAE tax laws and ERP systems.

The role offers leadership opportunities and close collaboration with senior leadership to strengthen internal controls and governance.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in tax compliance, regulatory affairs, financial governance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, ensuring accurate calculations, documentation, and timely filings.
• Develop, implement, and maintain tax compliance policies and procedures across finance and other business units.
• Monitor changes in UAE tax laws and regulatory requirements and ensure the company remains fully compliant.
• Lead the preparation, review, and submission of tax returns, regulatory reports, and supporting documentation.
• Manage communications with the Federal Tax Authority, external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Review contracts, transactions, and business activities for tax implications while strengthening internal controls and mitigating compliance risks.
