Job summary

IDEAL CLINICAL LABORATORIES - L.L.C - S.P.C in Abu Dhabi invites a skilled Phlebotomist to join our lab team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will perform safe blood collection, label and transport specimens, and uphold infection control standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years' phlebotomy experience, a UAE driving license, and a healthcare degree. Strong communication, patient care, and ability to travel to patient sites are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Phlebotomist.
• Valid UAE driving license (required).
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Experience using Vacutainer blood collection systems and performing venipuncture.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to patient locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and accurate blood collection using the Vacutainer system.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens according to laboratory protocols.
• Follow infection prevention and control guidelines at all times.
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Keep accurate records and comply with healthcare regulations.
• Preferred: experience in home healthcare or mobile phlebotomy.
