Avanta Works is seeking an experienced nurse to join our Abu Dhabi team for a full-time position. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience and is capable of supporting doctors during procedures while maintaining detailed patient records.

The role emphasizes patient care, health promotion, and clear communication with patients and families in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Excellent knowledge of healthcare practices, policies, procedures & standards.
• Ability to assess patient’s needs & assist doctors during procedures.
• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs; develop and implement nursing care plans; maintain medical records.
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Promote health by advising on nutrition, hygiene, and preventative care.
• Observe and record patient behavior, psychological reactions, and progress.
• Monitor all aspects of patient care including diet and physical activity.
• Provide information about medications, dosage and side effects.
• Perform routine procedures such as taking blood pressure or wound dressings.
