Malaak Mama & Baby Care in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Homecare Childcare Nurse/Midwife to support newborns and young children with daily routines, feeding, and development activities.

You will work closely with families to create a safe, nurturing environment, document progress, and ensure consistent updates to parents, reflecting Malaak's commitment to compassionate, evidence-based childcare in the UAE.

Formación

• Experience in pediatric nursing, childcare, or midwifery with newborn and infant care skills.
• Genuine passion for working with babies and young children.
• Compassionate, caring, and supportive approach with families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide newborn and childcare support including burping, swaddling, diaper changing, bathing, and feeding.
• Establish and maintain sleep and feeding routines to support healthy daily structure.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with weaning.
• Encourage healthy sleep habits through positive sleep associations and self-soothing techniques.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate learning and play activities that promote exploration and development.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, including regular disinfection of toys and play areas.
• Organize and set up the baby’s room and related spaces to ensure comfort and functionality.
• Record daily activities, development notes, and any incidents, and provide consistent updates to parents.
