You will communicate progress daily and participate in activities that support healthy development and family wellbeing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Female candidates only due to role requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery with healthcare focus.
• Experience in pediatric nursing, childcare, or midwifery preferred.
• Genuine passion for caring for babies and children.
• Caring, compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Calm, professional demeanor when interacting with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide newborn and childcare from feeding to bathing and routine care.
• Establish routines for sleep and feeding to ensure consistency.
• Prepare healthy meals and assist with weaning as needed.
• Promote healthy sleep habits and self-soothing.
• Organize safe learning activities and developmental play.
• Maintain hygiene and safety in the childcare environment.
• Set up baby space and manage related tasks for comfort.
• Communicate daily with parents and track child progress.
