Black Pearl Consult in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a qualified Adult Medical and Surgical Ward Nurse to join a reputable healthcare organization. The nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from medical conditions, surgeries, and treatments in a hospital ward setting.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has at least two years' ward experience, a valid nursing license, and DHA eligibility or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in medical and surgical ward.
• Valid nursing license from home country.
• Eligibility or willingness to obtain Dubai DHA license.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in accredited or tertiary care hospitals is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and treatment.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and post-operative care.
• Prepare patients for procedures and tests.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and progress.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment, recovery, and discharge.
• Maintain a safe and supportive care environment.
