Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and day-to-day assistance according to the client’s needs and routines.

• Promote independence by supporting clients to complete tasks themselves.
• Accompany clients to healthcare appointments and assist with scheduling and transportation.
• Monitor the client’s physical and emotional well‑being and report changes.
• Support routines, hobbies, social interactions, and appropriate activities.
• Maintain a tidy, safe living environment and assist with basic household tasks.
• Give reminders and support with hydration and daily needs.
• Build a respectful working relationship with the client and family while maintaining boundaries.
• Carry out assigned care responsibilities with compassion and privacy.
