Job summary

NADZ HEALTHCARE FZCO in Dubai is seeking a compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our growing home healthcare team. You will work with Registered Nurses to provide safe, personalized, high-quality care in patients' homes.

The role focuses on supporting daily living activities, monitoring patient condition, documenting care, and upholding dignity, confidentiality and infection control standards. You will accompany patients to appointments and communicate with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter.
• Experience in home healthcare, hospital, clinic or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate support promoting comfort, dignity and well-being.
• Assist with nursing procedures within scope of practice and individualized care plans.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Support medication administration under supervision and maintain patient records.
