NMC GROUP SERVICES. in Sharjah is seeking an Assistant Nurse to provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and document care to support safe clinical outcomes.

The role requires BLS certification, an appropriate nursing license, and willingness to work across departments and be On Call when needed. ECG skills are a plus and you will participate in ongoing competency programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work as an assistant nurse in the relevant health authority.
• Maintain patient records and assist in daily living activities.
• Proficient in basic life support and emergency procedures.
• Willingness to work across departments and be on call.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist in activities of daily living and patient comfort measures.
• Monitor vitals, document findings and report changes promptly.
• Assist in scheduling follow-ups and referrals as needed.
• Support post-discharge care planning and patient education.
• Maintain unit cleanliness, safety and equipment readiness.
