You will maintain guidelines for logbooks, comply with UAE road rules, and collaborate with HR and Office Manager to meet transportation needs. The position offers an onsite work environment with a premium company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in corporate or real estate settings.
• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with UAE roads and traffic patterns.
• Proficient in GPS systems for route planning.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff and clients to meetings, property viewings, and events.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order, with regular checks.
• Report vehicle issues or accidents to the Office Manager.
• Adhere to traffic laws to ensure safety and punctuality.

As the Company Driver at Elite Merit Real Estate, you will be responsible for safely transporting staff and clients to various locations, ensuring a professional, punctual, and safe experience

Role overview

You will maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the company vehicle, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company staff or clients to designated locations, including meetings, property viewings, and events.
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working order, conducting regular checks on vehicle condition.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the Office Manager or appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety and punctuality at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading personal items or materials for clients or staff, as needed.
• Maintain an organized logbook of trips, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
• Coordinate with the HR Manager to ensure transportation needs are met, adjusting schedules as required.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience for staff and clients.
• Safely transport sensitive documents or materials between locations when necessary.
