AD Ports Group's Abu Dhabi Food Hub (ADFH) seeks a Community Engagement Manager to safeguard operations, safety, and compliance in a dynamic live market environment. You will lead client-facing initiatives, oversee outsourced functions, and promote a safety-first culture across tenants and contractors.

With 5 years of relevant experience, you will drive asset protection, revenue retention, and occupancy stability while maintaining high cleanliness and regulatory standards to preserve ADFH's

Qualifications

Experience in contract management, property management services, or civil/ project management.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client/tenant relationships.
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and SLA enforcement.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily market operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Embed safety culture among tenants, clients, and contractors, including training enforcement.
Oversee outsourced service providers and enforce SLAs with contractors; manage cost controls.
Build strong relationships to encourage service charge renewals and occupancy renewal.
Prepare reports on operations, contractor performance, and compliance metrics.
