Summary of what we are looking for ? We’re looking for a marketeer—or a strong account handler from creative agency background who knows how to bring brands to life across sponsorships, events, campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and trade shows. This person may come from the client side or the agency side with GCC experience, ideally with experience in marketing or communications, corporate events, brand activations, or trade shows and exhibitions within a busy corporate environment. This is not a performance marketing or digital marketing role; it is an activation, branding, and project completion role. In this position, they will manage a wide portfolio of corporate sponsorships and corporate activations with campaign extensions from inception to completion. That includes handling activation requirements from commercial team, coordinating with sponsorship platform teams on deliverables, and working closely with designers, product team, production, videographers, photographers, social media, and design teams to ensure every project lands with impact on time and on budget. Experience working with production teams, photographers, videographers, and graphic designers is valuable, as is the ability to map out customer journeys across multiple touchpoints- BTL and ATL. A background in roadshows, exhibitions, or trade shows is a strong plus. If their experience leans more toward campaigns or communications rather than events, that also works—especially if they’ve had exposure to sponsorships and know how to turn them into meaningful stories. We’re looking for someone meticulous, assertive, and highly organized, with sharp communication and a very strong personality. Someone who can keep many moving parts in check, keep status reports updates, can hold status meetings on bi-daily or weekly basis, with a full sense of ownership. A solid understanding of social media is also required because all work will be published or announced there. A business degree is a must, bilingual candidates are an advantage, and being based in Abu Dhabi is essential. Automotive exposure is a plus, though not required. Above all, we want someone switched on, dependable, and driven and has dealt with time-pressing deliverables.

Exhibitions, Roadshows, Corporate Events, and Ceremonies
  • Is capable of writing a brief with 5Ws – What, Here, When , Who and Why for brands and their campaigns and activations.
  • Can work with the commercial teams as Clients, with the PR and Social media teams and can brief graphic designers on branding collateral and design.
  • Is able to plan and execute stands, product displays, corporate events of small to medium size, exhibitions and roadshows to promote the company's products and services.
  • In charge of creating project charters and check-list and cross-coordinate every aspect of a campaign, event or activation with multiple different individuals and departments.
  • Can help in the creation of branding assets for events and activations.
  • Can contributes to the events contents, concepts, and set-ups with creative and fresh ideas.
  • Act as main contact for a Project with different departments and teams.
  • Can coordinate to follow-up professionally with all stakeholders and ensure tasks are delivered within their required time.
  • Organizes corporate and industrial divisions ceremonies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for stand design and build-up.
  • Ensure smooth operation of events and activations on site.
  • Is a custodian of project budgets, through tracking and payments processing.
Communication & PR
  • Coordination with PR agency on PR/Press stories by writing comprehensive briefs.
  • Follow up with the PR team on press releases, keynote speeches, and promotional material required for external and internal communications.
Social Media
  • Coordination with social media agency teams and agencies on briefs for events coverage and content creative and live coverage were needed.
  • Follows through on Social Media content calendars for respective.
  • Oversee the paid campaigns across different social media channels with agency.
  • Oversee the social media channels to ensure alignment with the band guides, values, driving engagement, and follower growth on content related to the events and activations taking place.
  • Monitoring social media to stay informed of trends and the latest news, particularly in UAE, Abu Dhabi and areas relevant to Al Masaood’s businesses.
Project Management and Organizational skills
  • Oversee the publishing of all meeting minutes, status reports and other project assets such as contracts, briefs and quotations on a shared team folder.
  • Able to keep project folders updated with all necessary reports and material.
  • Secures event archives (actions, check lists, feedback, budget and follow up).
  • Capable of using Microsoft Excel for budget tracking and other matters.
  • Great power point skills and ability to put good presentations together.
Required Competencies/ Experiences
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or creative agency.
  • Good command of English and fluent in Arabic.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office - PowerPoint & Excel.
  • UAE Driving license and car. Ability to drive.
  • Goal oriented and communicative.
  • Well organised and structured.
  • University degree in marketing, communications, or equal.
  • Positive attitude and proactive by nature.
  • Team player with a genuine interest in other cultures.
