• Develop internal communication plans and coordinate announcements across Sales, Marketing, Product and Leadership teams.
• Manage media relations, prepare press releases and official company statements, and monitor PR opportunities.
• Coordinate external campaigns and partnerships while protecting and strengthening the company’s reputation.
• Work closely with executives and department heads as the communications point of contact during key initiatives and crises.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications

• Develop company-wide communication plans.

External Communications & PR

• Manage media relations and public relations activities.
• Prepare press releases and official company statements.
• Support partnership announcements and external campaigns.
• Monitor business news and identify PR opportunities.
• Protect and strengthen company reputation.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with executives and department heads.
• Act as the communications point of contact during key company initiatives.
• Support crisis communication planning and execution.

KPIs

• PR coverage and media mentions.
• Brand sentiment and reputation metrics.
• Timely delivery of communication campaigns.
