The primary function of the Commissioning Specialist is to ensure that
all commissioning activities re prepared and executed
according to OPERCOM® methodology in a safe manner and according to
the planned schedule.
The Commissioning Site Leader is responsible for supporting the review and
approval of the CONTRACTOR's commissioning organization, deliverables,
procedures, and planning activities to ensure a safe and efficient operational
start-up. This includes developing pre-commissioning and commissioning
activities with the proponent department, participating in HSE activities,
managing systems and sub-systems definitions, and ensuring proper
preparation and review of pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers.
Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on
CONTRACTOR / Subcontractor progress, issuing periodic progress reports,
and organizing and coordinating commissioning execution activities.
