Job description

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Commis Pizza to join our culinary team. The Commis Pizza will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of pizza dishes, ensuring high standards of taste, consistency, and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and standards.
• Support the Chef de Partie in cooking and assembling pizzas to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Store ingredients properly and monitor the freshness / quality of products.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
• Follow kitchen procedures to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Support in minimizing waste and controlling food costs.
• Comply with all QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
• Perform other related duties as required by the kitchen team.
