Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or Butcher.
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional butcher section.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training.
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, portioning, trimming, and deboning.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communicating).
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in chilled and refrigerated environments.
• Physical capability to lift meat products and stand for extended periods.
