Job Title: Commis Chef / Demi Chef / Chef de Partie (Arabic, Mediterranean & Lebanese Cuisine – Upper Casual Concept)

Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Al Ain (Willing to Relocate)

Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and skilled Commis Chefs, Demi Chefs, and Chefs de Partie to join our Upper Casual Arabic, Mediterranean, and Lebanese dining concept. The ideal candidates will support and lead kitchen operations, maintain food quality standards, and contribute to delivering authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with restaurant standards

  • Specialize in Arabic, Mediterranean, and Lebanese cuisine with consistency and authenticity

  • Support senior chefs in menu execution, preparation, and kitchen operations

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times

  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members (for Demi Chef and CDP roles)

  • Ensure portion control, presentation, and quality are maintained consistently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience for in a similar concept

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Arabic, Mediterranean, and Lebanese cuisine

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

  • Team player with strong communication and organizational skills

  • Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail

  • Willingness to work/relocate across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain
