Responsibilities

• Produce all necessary food for all food service operations as required and instructed by the Executive Pastry Chef.
• Maintaining quality and quantity control in all aspects from portion control to freshness of the product presented.
• Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
• Has excellent communication skills strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Be familiar with the other kitchen sections promoting flexibility and productivity.
• Ensure all food produced is in line with kitchen recipes and standards.
