Your Day to Day

As a Commis Chef, you’ll be hands‑on in the kitchen, assisting with ingredient preparation – chopping, marinating, and mixing – to ensure everything is fresh and ready to go. You’ll be cooking up delicious dishes, following recipes, and maintaining top‑notch quality while also plating and presenting food with flair, because we all know we eat with our eyes first!

Keeping your station clean and organized is key, and you’ll be expected to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen efficiency.

Under the guidance of experienced chefs, you’ll have the opportunity to develop new techniques, expand your culinary knowledge, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
