Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 - 4 years working experience with minimum 18 months in Commis 2 position.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie or Sous-Chef in culinary operations.
• Ensure food hygiene, licensing and safety standards.
• Apply culinary skills to prepare meals with quality consistent with standards.
• Control breakage, spoilage and costs items.
• Maintain positive relations with other staff and departments.
