HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As Commercial Performance Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Cartier MEIAT's commercial performance. You will bridge global strategic priorities with regional execution, ensuring that key commercial projects are deployed seamlessly across markets.

You will lead transversal initiatives, orchestrate retail network developments, and provide strategic business insights for senior leadership. Through strong collaboration, clear communication, and analytical rigor, you will help shape the region's commercial roadmap and contribute to long-term growth.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Regional Commercial Projects
  • Translate global commercial initiatives into actionable regional plans.
  • Lead transversal commercial projects such as clienteling, in-boutique governance, compensation and incentives, commercial training programs, and target-setting frameworks.
  • Identify and champion high-ROI commercial initiatives that boost regional performance.
  • Ensure clear communication of project progress, challenges, and successes across all markets.
  • Promote best-practice sharing and foster strong alignment across the region.
  • Support the Regional Commercial Performance Manager on the Commercial Strategic Plan and ad-hoc priorities.
Regional Network Optimization & Planning
  • Lead the orchestration of boutique openings, relocations, and closings through a full 360° governance model with Store Design Planning, Finance, MCC, Operations, and Market teams.
  • Prepare and present monthly network status updates to the network committee.
  • Partner with Richemont real estate and market teams to gather insights, anticipate opportunities, and support decision-making.
  • Conduct deep analysis of retail performance, competitive landscapes, and market trends to identify opportunities for productivity and profitability.
  • Contribute to shaping the long-term MEIAT retail network strategy.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • A Master's degree from a leading business or engineering school.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, commercial strategy, retail, or luxury-related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with comfort presenting to senior leadership.
  • Solid project management capabilities; PMP certification is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of retail environments, ideally with exposure to luxury boutiques or close retail collaboration.
  • Knowledge of real estate processes is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders across markets.
  • A proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational discipline.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
  • Agility, openness, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic regional environment.
