Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all post-contract commercial activities for assigned projects
  • Manage cost control, budgeting, and forecasting in line with project delivery targets.
  • Administer contracts and subcontracts, including payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts.
  • Evaluate and manage changes in scope, ensuring accurate and timely submission of variations and claims.
  • Monitor project progress and assess the financial impact of delays, disruptions, and other commercial risks.
  • Conduct regular commercial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate dispute resolution and manage claim submissions where necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience in leading structural engineering teams on construction sites.
  • In-depth knowledge of structural codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
