A leading Tier 1 main contractor in the UAE seeks an experienced Commercial Manager in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee all commercial aspects of a landmark entertainment project, manage cost control, and mentor Quantity Surveyors. We’re representing a leading Tier 1 main contractor in the UAE who are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role on one of the region’s most iconic large-scale entertainment projects — a landmark development that will define the city’s leisure and tourism landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial and contractual aspects of the project from inception to completion
• Manage cost control, forecasting, and cash flow
• Lead contract administration, claims, and variations
• Work closely with project leadership to ensure commercial objectives are achieved
• Mentor and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
• Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects in the UAE/UK
• Strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
