A leading medical device company is seeking a Commercial Excellence Manager for the GCC region. The GCC region covers Chronic Care and Wound Care in the Arabian Gulf and consists of wealthy countries with high ambitions for developing their healthcare systems. Yet, standards of care in our business areas are lagging behind. In the GCC team, it is our mission to change that. We have a bold ambition to lift standards of care and revenues to Western European levels. To achieve that, we are focusing heavily on educational activities, market access activities and consumer activities. We are launching new products and investing in expansion of educational services, Coloplast Care, and much more.
As Commercial Excellence Manager, you will play a central role in executing our strategy. You will collaborate closely with the management team on project leadership and support within sales, marketing & business development. You will have the responsibility of developing and managing performance management for the cluster and you will own a range of commercial processes.
The role can be based in our office in either Dubai or Riyadh, and reports to the Country Manager for GCC.
You the ideal candidate will design and implement commercial strategies, enhance pricing and margin management, and ensure best‑in‑class sales processes. Strong analytical skills, experience with Excel and PowerBI and data‑driven decision‑making skills are essential for your success in the role. You have a structured approach to work, are structured by nature and can manage many activities and deadlines simultaneously, and you deliver business results. There is room to grow in the role, so you have an appetite for learning and for taking are eager by nature to learn and take on challenges both in within and outside of your comfort zone.
