Job summary

A leading international law firm in Dubai is seeking a Mid-Senior Associate for their Dispute Resolution team. The role demands 3-6 years of experience in handling commercial disputes, particularly in arbitrations within various sectors such as technology and financial services. While Arabic is not a prerequisite, candidates qualified in England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa are preferred. Qualifications

Charterhouse is currently working with a leading international law firm who are looking to expand their Dispute Resolution team for their office based in Dubai. The team is looking for a Mid-Senior Associate with 36 years of experience handling commercial disputes on a regional and cross-border basis.

About the role

The Associate will be advising on arbitrations under DIAC, SCCA, ICC, LCIA, and SIAC rules across a wide range of sectors including technology, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, financial services, funds, and real estate. This role will also assist with breach-of-contract and shareholders disputes, including earn-out disputes, breach-of-warranty claims, and expert determinations.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, the successful candidate should have 3-6 PQE. Arabic is not a prerequisite and the ideal candidate would be qualified in England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa.
