Our client is a rapidly growing FinTech company based in Abu Dhabi, offering innovative receivables-backed financing solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Backed by a prominent investment group, they leverage a proprietary digital platform to help vendors and suppliers unlock working capital quickly and efficiently. They are now seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead their SME financing expansion efforts.
This is a key commercial role focused on driving new business acquisition and expanding the company’s presence within the UAE’s SME sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in SME lending or financial services, a robust local network, and a passion for enabling business growth through alternative finance solutions.
5–7 years of total experience, with at least 3–5 years in SME financing, business loans, or a related field within financial services or banking in the UAE.
Proven track record in business development and deal closure within the SME space.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
