Job summary

ADNOC Drilling Company is seeking an Associate level team member to assist Coiled Tubing operations at onshore oilfields and well sites in the UAE. You will support equipment maintenance, field service activities, and safety practices to help meet client objectives with minimal environmental impact.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance with HSE policies, and effective communication with site representatives.

Qualifications

Mechanical and maintenance experience in fault finding and repair of equipment.
Minimum 2 years practical mechanical exposure and as an Operator Assistant.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programs.
Simple written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Ensure daily equipment maintenance checks on all Company stimulation equipment on site are performed.
Carry out basic maintenance of Company coiled tubing equipment where applicable and report faults, damage and repairs required.
Assist with internal training of ADNOC Drilling field personnel.
Maintain close and respectful relationships with client site representatives and crew members.
Work on jobs as a team member in other services as directed while gaining exposure.
Ensure activities are discussed in a toolbox meeting and are adequately risk assessed.
Comply with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
