Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Cementing Operations Coordinator to manage coiled tubing operations, equipment readiness, and service documentation on Well Services projects.

The role requires 10 years in oilfield operations, fluency in English, and familiarity with SAP. You will work with operations, technical, maintenance, logistics, HSE and client teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient service delivery in a field environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in oilfield operations.
• High School, Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate coiled tubing operations, personnel assignments, equipment readiness, job progress, QA/QC, HSE inspections, corrective actions, client interaction and service documentation to deliver reliable Well Services operations.
• Key challenges: maintaining HSE and asset integrity, equipment readiness, operational continuity, accurate documentation, and effective coordination in a field environment.
• Success factors: safe execution, technical competence, equipment reliability, timely delivery, teamwork, customer focus and compliance with ADNOC Drilling procedures.
