Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants is seeking Marine, Civil and Structural Inspectors for our project site management team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. With at least 6 years of experience, candidates will apply their quality management skills to waterfront and coastal projects.

The role involves monitoring job site activities, ensuring compliance with contract documents, and preparing various field and progress reports. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and be knowledgeable about construction quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years applicable experience.
• Ability to monitor several construction activities simultaneously.
• Strong willingness to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities on job sites for compliance.
• Provide periodic monitoring of active construction sites.
• Interact with project personnel and assist in communication.

Skills

Construction experience involving dredging, reclamation

Monitoring construction activities

Technical understanding of site investigation

Excellent writing skills

Experience with Windows based software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil, marine, geotechnical, or structural engineering
